However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

We participate in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (UK-U.S. DPF), and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF). We are responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under each DPF, and subsequently transfers to a third-party acting as an agent on its behalf. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the DPF, we are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
